Military veteran and founder of Greater Frontier LLC, Mark Kleinsmith brings a wealth of project management experience to our firm. Mark’s experience includes large scale federal and state disaster relief projects as well as institutional and municipal financing projects. With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience, Mark is results driven to ensure our firm meets our clients’ needs and exceeds their expectations.
Richard brings 17 years of experience as a construction cost estimator, having served in senior and chief estimator roles at some of the nation’s largest AEC firms as well as leading regional construction managers in New York. He offers broad expertise across all areas of cost estimating, with specialized knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of an estimate.
